Ontarians, Are You Getting a Sense of Deja-Vu?

It seems that Timmy Hudak is pulling a Stevie Spiteful. When in doubt, bring out the evul coalition bogey man!

Speaking at a Toronto hockey arena, Mr. Hudak repeatedly lumped the other two parties together and suggested any alliance would inevitably lead to higher taxes in the province. He said such a coalition would increase the HST, introduce a carbon tax and raise corporate taxes.

Yeah Timmy! And don’t forget they will indoctrinate your kiddies into “soshalism” and steal your cars from you!

Very good Timmy! Can’t come up with your own designer original campaign so you steal from Stevie Spiteful and why not? After all, those very same Ontarians were terrified of an Iggy-Layton coalition and did play a part in getting Stevie that majority. However, the Ontario Liberals did govern with help from  the NDP in the mid-eighties and the sky didn’t fall. The question is, will this tactic fail?

I guess things are pretty bad when even the insane assylum known as Sun Media won’t even endorse ya, eh Timmy?

  • Tim’s problem is that Ontarians haven’t forgotten Mike Harris — and they are reminded of Harris every time Jim Flaherty, John Baird or Tony Clement has something to say. Interestingly, Clement has not had much to say lately.

Owen, Clement is in hiding and trying to get the “pork off his fork”, the same way Ford is trying to get the “gravy” off of his blue tie – which reminds voters of what Cons are really all about. Enough said.

But what is also humorous is the Liberals bringing out that evul “vote for Horwath is a vote for Hudak” old canard – really both suit parties really have no new tricks – same old same old. :)
