Jymn just posted an hour ago about the good news. If I wasn’t working at the front desk at my job right now, I’d bursting at the seams with a happy dance about now! I know, I really shouldn’t. Learn to take the high road and all that jazz, but hell, this is the descent of Twatsy Ross and well, I’m just all ecstatic about it!
I was simply going to comment at Jymn’s post, but after what that creepy toad put me through last spring, I thought I should post about this, myself.
Twatsy had taken internet stalking to a whole new art form. Instead of getting it after being banned the first time from commenting here, he kept coming back with different IP addresses. It had gotten ridiculous to the point where I was seeking help from some other prog bloggers. All in all, it took me 11IP addresses to ban him, as well as being one of his favourite blogging subjects and yes, blackmailing me basically telling me awhile back that in order him to leave me alone, I had to blog what he wanted me to blog. I will spare you the details of exactly what it was he wanted me to blog about.
So, please forgive me while I take a moment to actually celebrate the downfall of the permanent frat boy who probably never worked a day in his life, because, frankly, I thought it would never happen. Wonder if Big Daddy Ross is gonna fix all 85,000 of his problems now? Now Twatsy’s verbal diarrhea has become quite expensive. Ouf!
Congratulations Canadian Cynic, buy yourself something cool with the money. Score 1 for the good guys!!

I want to thank Jymn, Dr. Dawg and the ladies at Dammit Janet for making my day and quite possibly, my week!
I was never greatly effect be Paddy-Boy (I learned my lesson after Anonalogue) but I heard and read a great number of prattish things he had pull. This still isn’t over, CC still has to collect from the gumby. If Paddy doesn’t remove the effected article than CC can for Google/Blogspot to remove the site completely.

Thanks Zorph, That would be even more fun! Twatsy having to remove all posts with any mention of CC or better still CC arranging to have those offending posts from that miserable excuse he calls a blog.

Of course winning a judgement and recovering that judgement are two different things and someone who talked so big and then pretended the lawsuit wasn’t happening may try to pretend anything as unpleasent as an $85,000 debt to someone he hates is just to unpleasent a concept to be true.

You’re right, Cliff, however, part of the judgement also stipulates that Patsy must remove any and all blog posts referring to CC/Rob Day as well. I believe that if Twatsy doesn’t comply with that, there are remedies to have them removed via google. Not sure, someone with more tech savvy would be able to answer that better than I can.
