RIP Penlan

Anybody who had/has a progressive blog probably had “Penlan” come by to leave her remarks or if on Twitter, probably had some kind of interaction with her.

I just learned from Twitter and various blogs that she has passed away yesterday.

I only got to know her on line. She was a gentle soul, but could also fight the good fight. Sometimes we had our disagreements, but on the whole, she wanted what a lot of us want– our country back the way it was before it turned into Harperland. She was quite passionate about that and was always ready to engage with anyone on that subject.

Folks, let’s try to do Penlan proud. She loved her country and the good fight. Let’s take her cue.
