CRTC has granted Sun TV News a five-year category 2 license. Category 2 means the network will not receive any special conditions as it had originally expected.

Ottawa police will not be pursuing an investigation into the fraudulent names entered on the Avaaz petition regarding Fox News North after all. You can breathe a little easier now, Kory.

The online petition, which quickly gathered thousands of names, demanded that Sun TV not get any preferential treatment on its broadcast-licence application.
