Balanced Journalism And Calling Out Harpercon Misbehavin’ in the World of Blogging SupposiTories

Awww! Poor Ferretface Craig Smith! But, boys ‘n’ girls, like any good disciple of Stevie Spiteful’s, he also thinks the CBC and CTV are staunchly Liberal as well.  Apparently, in the tormented mind of FerretFace, Sun Media is goin’ Liberal because David Akin is now a “Liberal plant” and “partisan against the CPC” these days.

I’ve been an ardent supporter of SunTV News and was planning on signing up the minute it was available. But, as a matter of principle, I will take a wait and see attitude towards this new channel and unless it offers something significantly different than the left wing bull shit I am forced to pay for (in the case of the CBC) and cable providers are forced to carry (in the case of the other news channels) then I see no need for Akin.

I just choked on my coffee reading that, from laughter! David Akin, a Liberal leftie!  A Liberal leftie because he dares to call ‘em as he sees ‘em? He’s not one of those mindless cheerleaders who sits down and shuts up like a good little boy who ate his broccoli? Yup, I guess that’s the only way Harpercon cheerleaders could look at a columnist like David Akin.

This is the dastardly Akin article they’re shrieking about.

What’s funny about Craig Smith referring to Akin as a ‘Liberal’ is that after reading that column myself, I didn’t find anything flattering about the Liberal Party in there. But then, to them, all one has to do is criticize their precious Stevie and their Harpercons and that alone, is synonymous to showering the Liberal party with praise, innit?

And FerretFace isn’t alone neither. In another temper tantrum yesterday, Sandra Dee Crux decided to actually attempt to take on David Akin. While entertaining, it wasn’t pretty.

According to all these shrieking monkeys, anybody who dares to write any honest critique of the Harpercons, or worse, write or speak of any praise toward any opposition party if in their mind they’ve done something correctly, or just simply write unbiased articles, they’re all evul lefties and shills for the Liberals and must be stopped. In their minds, the only true and balanced journalism is sharply leaned to the right and only praises Master Steve, it seems.

Oh, and Sandra Dee Crux and her Blogging SupposiTory friends like Craig Smith, want all of us to know that she’s sick of the media, the opposition and the rest of us trying to bring out Stevie Spiteful’s shortcomings  and schemes should just shut the fuck up about them and we should only focus on ADSCAM.  Whatever Stevie and his puppets are doing or not doing is, well, for the greater good in their world.

In the meantime, those shrieking monkeys are feverishly busy attempting to find wrongdoing from any of the opposition parties, yanno, should ADSCAM ever get stale.

The very idea that Sun Media has decidedly turned ‘Liberal’ because of David Akin has got to be the humourous  idea of the day.

I wonder if  ol’ Connie Black is now considered a  “hug a thug Liberal shill” after some recent articles he’s published, slamming the Harpercon failed American tough on crime and super prison kicks?
