Questions I Would Ask Today’s Cons and Their Cheerleaders

It’s Sunday night. Not much news, really.  More of Mr. & Mrs. Disfunctional, Afghanistan, and stuff like that. I don’t really feel like writing tonight.

I’ve been in the Blogosphere for less than a year, thus, still very much the rookie, having her firsts like every other blogger.  Audrey II likes  to review some lunacy from Conservapedia on Sundays. Many like to do cartoons and music, but on Friday Nights and Saturdays, much like Saturday Nite Nostalgia and/or Saturday Nite Funnies here.  Dawg came up with a game to play today; a similar game I wanted to begin here, at SSM at some point.  Today for a boring Sunday, Dawg imagines Shaidleville, an imagined utopia for the right wingnut set where he is asking readers to to let their imaginations go on his comment board as to what they think such a place would look like. Go read and comment; game comes complete with unintelligible  troll.

Tonight, for my boring Sunday,  I thought I would be more serious, but without any article with research.

I had asked a series of questions on the comment board of Look at Me I’m Sandra Dee Crux. I was a bit shocked that she deleted the comment, although I shouldn’t be really, I guess.  She isn’t even really a blogger; she’s more like a president of a  Brother Steve Fan club and her blog, Tory talk reflects as much. It’s her right; it’s her place; she’s paying her hosting fees, just like I do and I reserve the right to  ban certain trolls from commenting here.  I did ask some very good questions that took her to task recently, if I do say so myself. I’m not going to link to her…you can just go to her site and read her most recent posts to understand my motivation for asking her these questions.

Anyhow, here are the questions.  Most of the Blogging Tories are not banned from here, so if anyone wants to answer me in my comments section, please by all means, but stay on topic and at least attempt to answer the questions, please?

1) Can Brother Steve ever do any wrong in their eyes?  He did originally campaign on not only cleaning up Ottawa, but also an accountable and transparent government. He has been everything but transparent and accountable, yet you and your friends will stop at nothing to protect him from the evul public and/or media who do hit him over the head to remind him of this big campaign promise. Would the Liberals (or any other opposition party for that matter) be deserving of this generosity you afford Steve and the Harpercons?

2) I had noticed many of the Blogging tories and other Conservative pundits, in particular, Sandra Dee Crux, resurrect that old dead horse to beat up some more: ADSCAM. She is delusional enough to believe that that whole Mr & Mrs Disfunctional scandal was cooked up by the Liberals, or at the very least, Liberal supporters to continue covering up ADSCAM. Most of us know how ridiculous that sounds, given it’s all over; players are either in jail, have been fired, moved out of the country, or dead. Justice Gomery completed his report. I have to ask, what if the tables were turned? What if it were the Harpercons involved in ADSCAM instead of the Liberals?

I probably did ask a few more questions while there.

I have another question:

3) If  many Canadians really applaud the law and order mantra the Harpercon  government seem to cling to; how come they don’t seem to care when they may have broken international laws?

Of course I know the answers to both questions from them.  It’s why I have become cynical and have arrived at the conclusion that many Canadians talk a good game of wanting accountable and transparent government, but they don’t walk the walk: they don’t really care about accountable and transparent  government or democracy, as long as Steve and the Harpercons remain in office and are shielded from such nasty demands.

I would have just thought it would have been interesting to see how they would have approached this is all. Perhaps asking questions to Cons or perhaps even another group or party is something that can be a recurring happening here at SSM.

    Hey CK,

You got deleted because you make too much sense and tell the truth.

I gave up going to that swamp, of BTs, I just couldn’t read that filthy garbage anymore.

Good luck if any of them will come on here. They like to hold court with their own kind, and not be challenged.

I would love to see Canadian Sense, or Mahmoud come on here, what a pair of incoherent twits.

Keep fighting the good fight, sorry I can’t join, I just can’t stomach it.

    Regards,

    Sir Gallahad

Yah, so would I. Canadian Sense and Mahmoud are welcome to comment here…as long as they don’t behave like certain folks…

I go to the BTs for a few reasons: They are blogging the latest trends in the world according to conservatives. It’s good to know what our side is up against.

Thanks for the encouragement, Sir Gallahad. As always, it is appreciated.
