Flat Earthers, here’s an event you don’t want to miss. Breakfast with Rex Murphy.

You have to wonder about these big-time charitable foundations. Last week we discovered that the much-heralded Susan G. Komen Foundation was nothing but a front for rabid right wingers and Republican henchmen. Now I see the Heart & Stroke Foundation here in Vancouver is hosting abreakfast with Rex “Never Had a Heart and Never Been Stroked” Murphy.

So all you fat-assed, rich white Conservative people come on down to Heart & Stroke Foundation’s breakfast of champions. You’ll be entertained by ‘From the Heart’ rants about the Climate Change hoax. You’ll be dazzled over pearls about Harper and his tough on crime agenda. Marvel at thought-provoking lectures from Rex on Liberals and Dippers. Celebrate war and torture without the elite media listening in. Feel free to belittle young folks, especially those dirty hippie Occupiers. Most of all, you’ll have one supreme circle jerk looking back on the distant past with tar-coloured glasses.

Have a great time! But bring plenty of GavisCon.

  • hi Jymn…OMG. That’s truly frightening. I just can’t get away from that ghastly old teabagger. He’s everywhere, on TV, on the radio, in the newspapers. Even in my own supermarket !!!! The last time I saw him he was in the meat section, sniffing some sausages. Of course I ran away screaming, and cursing the CBC for making such a boring Con a star. So I don’t think I will be going eh? Just the thought of it gives me a heart attack, and if I went there I’m sure I’d have a stroke… ;)

Sniffing the sausages? Oh Man! Do we really go there? Yuck!

Better a breakfast with Rex Murphy than Michael Coren.
One speaks with thought and the other drivels on.
Even ipecac is good for you sometimes.

  • Didn’t Liberal turned Conservative Rocco Rossi run the Heart and Stroke Foundation for a period of time? He hated bicycles on main streets. However, he was happy to see the Don Valley Parkway closed for the Becel/Heart and Stroke “Ride for Heart” cycling charity event. Heart and Stroke couldn’t exist without its corporate sponsors. Becel benefits by having a “healty heart check” logo on some of its products.
