Canada Just Lost To Russia in World Junior Hockey Championships–Who’s Fault is it?

Insert joke here.  The hockey fans on Twitter (#wjhc)  appear to be handling the loss with a sense of humour.  Jokes ranging from the need for F35s to stop those Russians (oh yeah! New argument from Airshow Petey MacKay; if we had those F35s, we’d have won that hockey championship!)  to who’s to . . . → Read More: Canada Just Lost To Russia in World Junior Hockey Championships–Who’s Fault is it?

Too busy Launching Poison Pill Budget and Enjoying Majority Numbers

St-Stevie is not sending a disaster relief team to Chile, nor is as quick to act as he was with Haiti. Of course not, now that prorogation was found to be necessary for Canada to win Olympic gold and St-Stevie is now the hero, why would he have to help Chile so quickly . . . → Read More: Too busy Launching Poison Pill Budget and Enjoying Majority Numbers

Stevie Will Be Back on Top and We’ll Have Only Ourselves to Blame

I am indeed disappointed. It is a dark day.   This gold medal win does nothing to help Canada, in fact, it’s made it worse.  It means that St-Stevie’s numbers could easily shoot back up to where they were before prorogation and then some.

Many of the Romper Roomies are . . . → Read More: Stevie Will Be Back on Top and We’ll Have Only Ourselves to Blame

The Vancouver Olympics: Brought to you by the letter ‘C’ for Conservative and ‘P’ for Porky Puffy Duffy

Didn’t I say St-Stevie would play politics with the Olympics now?

Didn’t I say that he and/or  his Harpercon cheerleaders and flunkies would more than likely take credit for any gold medal count from Canadian athletes? Just wait and see…and when they do, it surely won’t be pretty.

If the men’s hockey . . . → Read More: The Vancouver Olympics: Brought to you by the letter ‘C’ for Conservative and ‘P’ for Porky Puffy Duffy

Canada’s American Style Arrogance and Hypocrisy Toward Quebecois Athletes

A travel blogger doesn’t seem to comprehend why a Canadian ex-pat and journalist from some American media outlet why he thought it disgraceful that Alex Bilodeau won gold. When this Toronto Star blogger, Jim Byers asked what was wrong with wanting to win? It took someone based in the U.S. to explain it . . . → Read More: Canada’s American Style Arrogance and Hypocrisy Toward Quebecois Athletes

Stevie Goes Away…AGAIN! I Guess Vancouver Just Ain’t Far Enough

Yes, Stevie has decided out of the blue it would seem, to go off to Haiti to assess the humanitarian situation on the ground and discuss the process of reconstruction with Haiti’s President René Préval and its Prime Minister, Jean-Max Bellerive.’. I wonder what brought that on? After all, wasn’t one of his . . . → Read More: Stevie Goes Away…AGAIN! I Guess Vancouver Just Ain’t Far Enough

Rah Rah Siss Boom Bah! St-Stevie the Cheerleader

Yes, Stevie has suddenly developped some form of patriotism. He is all ga ga giddy now that the Olympics have started. To him, patriotism means watching over-paid athletes perform death defying stunts and play silly games.

Heaven forbid these ‘athletes’ should go out and get a real job and step out of the . . . → Read More: Rah Rah Siss Boom Bah! St-Stevie the Cheerleader
