Yes! Yes! Remember Officer “If one of those Bubbles touches me, you will be arrested for assault”? Or something along those lines? Go back here to refresh your memory. Well, it seems somebody found the ’dedicated’ constable’s facebook profile info, took a screen shot and posted to the facebook group Canadians demanding a public inquiry into Toronto G20. For the life of me, I tried finding who posted the link and can’t find them. Whoever you are; thanks!
Constable Adam Josephs AKA Officer Bubbles is probably aspiring to be Steve’s bodyguard. Below is the screenshot. Pay attention to what is inside the red rectangle under ‘employer’:
Wow! Human garbage, eh? And that passes for wit? I’m sure Redneck Ryan Doyle would love him if he discovered some of Michael Jackson’s whitening secrets.
By the by, officer Bubbles is gaining infamy, it would seem. The video from Real News ended up shown on the original Fox News no less. So twisted! You can, of course, get the rest of this story, from, Sun Media!
Turned out Bubble girl is Courtney Winkels, a twenty year old volunteer street medic who was trying to lighten up the mood. The female officer didn’t really seem to care about the bubbles. Imagine that! Attempting to lighten the mood which was probably tense. Can’t have that now. Not with someone as miserable as Officer Bubbles.
“My medical supplies were taken and suggested they could be used as evidence for my charge,” she said.
Court records show she is charged with one count of conspiracy to commit mischief over $5,000.
Winkels said she was talking to another officer when “Officer Bubbles” came over and angrily told her to put her bubbles away.
“I was having a conversation with the female officer,” she said. “She asked me my name, and I preferred not to give it. If she had asked me to identify myself to the police, I would have shown them my ID which I was carrying in my pocket, however, she was talking to me person to person, not officer to civilian.”
Winkels asked the female officer if her bubbles were bothering her.
“She laughed and shrugged her shoulders, which I perceived as a ‘No big deal!’” she said. “After this point, Officer Bubbles stormed over and said what he said on the video.”
Apparently, her arrest had nothing to do with the bubbles, but rather the same story we’re hearing from most who were out that day.
“The fact is that the bubbles had nothing to do with my arrest,” she said. “The reason I was arrested is because I was wearing a backpack and had a lawyer’s phone number written on my arm. This number was given out by lawyers, and they advised us to have it written somewhere on our bodies.”
Yes, backpacks, black clothes, bandanas are now fashion faux pas aren’t they?
So, officer Bubbles, what exactly does constitute human garbage for you (besides those who are obviously criminals, that is; and I do question that tone for many of them)? Anybody left of center? Those who don’t follow the mantra of Steve? Those who question authority? Those who aren’t as miserable as you are? Anybody who doesn’t lick your boots? What makes you think you’re better than everyone else? Because you carry a gun? Man, that is scary! Man, I’ve met some doozies on the streets of Montreal, but you, sir have taken the cake. I hope you never take French lessons and come to work for the SPVM. I feel badly Toronto is stuck with the likes of you, really!
Oh, and Officer Bubbles, what exactly would you like to do with this “human garbage” as you so eloquently put it?
Officer Bubbles has a cartoon now: go figure! And yes, I believe he really would shoot a kitten out of a tree!
UPDATE: Covering our asses here. I had the first cartoon posted here, but the individual who originally posted the cartoon on YouTube has since closed their account and taken down their videos, so no longer available. I have removed the link.
Oh, he is SO wank-listed. “Human garbage” THIS, ossifer.
I’m waiting for someone to find us the Facebook page of the “deranged badger” — you know, angry lady undercover cop, aka ugliest woman you’ve seen on YouTube for a while?
Is his first name “Tiny?”
I loved the cartoon video.
Here’s the source for one screen shot, anyway.
I’m waiting for someone to find the Facebook page of the undercover lady cop known by some as the deranged badger. You’ll know who I mean. By now, everyone must.

Yeah, the crazy cop lady! She does look like she’s off the haldol
His Facebook page seems to be gone now.
“Shame, Shame, Shame” – let the truth come out, in time. *UNITED WE STAND*, please come out to tmrw’s rallies (check G20 FB page) in your city and DEMAND our rights to PROTEST PEACEFULLY be honored! WAKE UP & GET INVOLVED everyone! *YOUR hard earned tax dollars paid for this BILLION dollar FIASCO*; don’t let them get away with it, as they have been for far too long!
Blowing bubbles in a police officer’s face. Really bright. The mentality of a four year old.
Obviously an attempt to annoy the officers and she succeeded. Why else would you blow bubbles in a persons face, officer or not. She played the game, she lost. Suck it up.
I don’t see why this would surprise anyone.
As far as cops are concerned, there are only two kinds of people: cops and non-cops. Non-cops may be subcategorized as “citizens” and “human garbage”, but really, all non-cops are suspect.
I find it amusing that people are so shocked, shocked! I tell you, at something that’s always been standard cop mentality.

I agree that cops probably think of mere mortals as “human garbage” but it’s dumb to actually write it on a facebook page
Community Relations Officer:
Constable Michael Moffatt, (416) 808-5291
Constable Adam Joseph works at 52 division and anyone who is concerned about this officer with possible psychological problems should give Constable Moffatt a call to express their concern as it seems that Officer Joseph has anger management issue

Thank you for the tip VC.
“but it’s dumb to actually write it on a facebook page”
Indeed. He would have been well-advised to scrub it as soon as his name started getting around the blogosphere and MSM. I suspect it’s been there so long he forgot about it, ha! Whoops!

I think if you had to deal with the *ahem* citizens that require police attention in and around Division 52 on a regular basis, you’d be surprised how quickly you’d find yourself understanding his viewpoint.
