Boys ‘n’ girls, it’s often we hear about good news in this increasingly undemocratic nation of Harperland. However, when something good happens, we really should take note of it, even if it may well only last a short while. Yep, the election results of Etobicoke Center have been overturned by the court. However, this doesn’t mean a by-election will be immediately called–knowing those dastardly Harpercons, this will be appealed. If so, this is to go straight to Supreme Court.
I don’t know how much time those Harpercons have to appeal this ruling, but given the upcoming retirement of Justice Marie Deschamps, Stevie Spiteful will have another appointee, thus bringing the supreme court to a Harpercon appointee majority. Yikes! More Harpercon yes men and women. Odds are, if at all possible, ol’ Stevie may well wait until his new minion is in place at the Supreme Court. That is how things work in Harperland.
Still, boys ‘n’ girls, let’s enjoy this small victory while we can. I can’t wait to watch the Blogging SupposiTories spontaneously combust. They won’t happen often until Canadians start being less complacent and wake ‘n’ bake!
The appeal must be filed within 8 days.

Thanks.
No one is talking about the great job EC has done in showing us there is an ethnic vote orchestration. Apparently that is taboo in Canada. Remember this? http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/toronto/story/2012/03/13/voting-scarborough.html
Federally AND Provincially. Someone has put this shit into motion. Are we going to be so politically correct we don’t discuss it?
